cold day

this morning was absolutely gorgeous. there were so few people outside as i was walking to my first class. the sun was slowly rising, the wind was blowing, and the snow was absolutely perfect. i was nice and toasty all bundled up in my warm winter gear including my favorite long underwear. i think the windchill was around 7 this morning. not bad really. the sun is now out so everyone is pretty happy. the snow doesn't bother people as much if we have sun, and it's been a really long time since we've had much sun.

with all the lovely weather, today should be a great day :)
